Start Riding or Kitesurfing
Get the board on your feet and relax.
Stay in this position without getting spun around. Counter the flat rotation of your body and maintaining your board, facing down wind till you find it a bit boring and frustrating.-
Collect your thoughts.
- Front leg striate, to Pont the way.
- Back leg bent, all the weight is on your back leg.
- Lean agents the kite.
- Make a long deliberate power stroke, never having the kite get out of your control, but having enough power to bring you through.
- Once you are up, keep moving the kite up and down in the side of the sky that you are going
